Who this covers
Ad Astra AI is a sole proprietorship operated by Benjamin Davis in Wichita, Kansas, and a Cato Consulting Group company. This policy covers adastra-ai.com.
What I collect, and only when you give it
Your email address, when you subscribe to The Edge, request the AI Opportunity Snapshot, or unlock the 50 Prompts library or the Ten Principles guide. Your name, email and anything you type into the booking form, when you book a call. Your business name and website, if you request a Snapshot.
What I don't collect
The assessment and the AI Opportunity Map run entirely in your browser. Your answers are scored on your own device, are never sent to me, and are not stored. The Agent Check also runs in your browser — but if you choose to enter your email at the end, your email and your score are sent to Beehiiv together. If you don't enter an email, nothing leaves your device.
One cookie
Unlocking the 50 Prompts library sets a single cookie on your device so you don't have to re-enter your email for 90 days. It contains a signed token and your email address. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and it is not shared.
Who processes your data
Email goes to Beehiiv, which sends the newsletter and the course. Bookings go to Calendly. The site is hosted by Lovable. Each has its own privacy policy and each acts as a processor for me.
What I do with it
Send you the thing you asked for, send The Edge if you subscribed, and reply to you. I do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the processors named above.
How long I keep it
Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe. Booking records are kept as long as I need them for the work and my own records. Ask me to delete anything and I will.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. To see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email ben@adastra-ai.com and I'll do it.
Children
This site isn't for anyone under 18 and I don't knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes the date at the top changes with it.
