Ad Astra AI sells live, one-to-one AI setup and strategy sessions and related services. The free tools, guides and newsletter are provided as they are, for general information.
No guaranteed outcome
I'll tell you honestly what I think AI can and can't do for your business, including when the answer is that it won't help. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result, revenue figure, or time saved in your business.
Scope and payment
Every engagement is agreed in writing before it starts — what's included, what it costs, and when it's due. Prices shown on this site are current at the date above and may change for new engagements.
Cancelling, rescheduling and refunds
Reschedule any session up to 24 hours before it starts and there's no charge — just use the link in your confirmation email. Cancel with more than 24 hours' notice and you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or if you don't show up, the session is charged, because the time was held for you. And if you finish a session genuinely believing it wasn't worth what you paid, tell me within seven days and I'll refund it. I'd rather keep your trust than your money. For the ninety-day program and the Strategic Partner Program, refunds are handled against the written scope we agreed before starting.
What you own
Everything built with you during a session — instructions, project structure, written standards, documents — lives in your own accounts and belongs to you. Nothing stops working if we never speak again. The content of this website, including the written frameworks and guides, belongs to Ad Astra AI.
Third-party AI tools
Sessions involve tools built by other companies, including Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. Your use of those tools is governed by their terms, not mine. You are responsible for what you put into them — do not enter confidential, regulated, or personal information belonging to other people without checking your own obligations first.

Limits
To the extent the law allows, Ad Astra AI isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from this site or the free tools on it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
